This had given me a knowledge of available no of mail severs transferring mail using different protocols like SMTP,POP/IMAP etc

Now here is the way to execute a simple Qt application.

1.Any Qt application is a simple c++ file. we should write a C++ file using Qt classes. Then save it as .cpp file

2.put that file for eg. q.cpp in a directory call Qt.

3.Go to the Termianl and go to the Qt directory.

4.Enter “qmake -project”. It will create a machine/platform independent project file.

Here “Qt.pro” is created. Usually project file will be created in the name of a folder in which the cpp file is saved.

5.Now Enter “qmake -Qt.pro”. It will create a machine/platform dependent Make file.

6.Now enter “make” to create a executable file.

In this case it will be “Qt”.

6.Now execute the executable file using the following commands…..

Enter “Qt” – In windows

Enter “./Qt” – In linux

7.Now the output will be displayed….

Thats it the Qt program execution. Just i learned. I posted….

Then i thought that there might not be font support in my Debian. I google and found the solution.

we have to install.

ttf-tamil-fonts.deb package which supports Tamil font.

THis package is found in debian main server itself. Just open Synaptic. Find this package and install.

similarly for other language support install packages like

1.     ttf-telungu-fonts

2.    ttf-bengali-fonts

3.    ttf-kannada-fonts  as per your language requirments.

when u need support for all indian languaes then install the package

ttf-indic-fonts from synaptic so that i will provide support for about nearly 9 indian languages including Tamil.

XMPP stands for Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol. This protocol is also used for making voice and video calls also.
